Cool Sculpting
Non- surgical way to trim and shape the stubborn fatty areas that resist diet and exercise. The CoolSculpting procedure is FDA approved for the fat elimination.
CoolSculpting was developed by Harvard scientist from the idea that the cold can destroy fat cells. The process of fat cell destruction by cold temperature is called cryolipolysis. The technology of Cool Sculpting is based on this process: The coolsculpting procedure targets and cools fat cells to the temperatures that trigger fat cell death (lipolysis). The common areas of adipose tissue (fat) accumulation are abdominal wall, inner and outer thighs. Since the procedure is completely non-surgical there is no downtime and you can return to normal activities immediately. Occasionally you may experience swelling, redness and tingling in the treated area. The symptoms are temporary and will resolve completely. Patients begin to see the results in as little as three weeks and will continue seeing improvements after three months. There is no a rule on how much of fat reduction takes place after the first treatment, but in general 20 % of fat reduction is expected afer each treatment and therefore some patient may require multiple treatments.
